Pure IP is pleased to announce that we can now offer our customers IXCloud, a comprehensive suite of compliance recording tools for Microsoft Teams from Numonix. IXCloud is a cloud-based solution architected on Microsoft Azure to natively record audio, video, and screensharing within Microsoft Teams. As well as helping businesses meet compliance requirements, securely store recordings and manage user permissions, IX Cloud can also produce advanced reporting for performance reviews.
“As a service agnostic provider, we are always pursuing integrations with market-leading innovations in telecoms that will benefit our clients,” said Gary Forrest, CEO of Pure IP, “IXCloud is a natural extension of our portfolio, and we’re delighted to be working with Numonix to simplify our customers’ compliance management.”
Pure IP customers using Microsoft Teams can take advantage of this new offering to consolidate their voice and compliance recording services to a single supplier for increased efficiency and a more unified management experience. As a native cloud solution, there is no need for any additional physical hardware, and users can access their recordings through a user-friendly Web interface from any device with a standard Internet connection. IXCloud is suitable for hybrid or mixed environments, which is ideal for organizations on a phased migration program to Microsoft Teams or who need to support different communications platforms such as a traditional PBX.
“Between the advanced features of both Pure IP’s extensive global voice network and our next-generation recording system, we can help organizations around the world minimize the risk of compliance breaches,” noted Michael Levy, President & CEO of Numonix. “We’re excited to work with Pure IP to expand the reach of our solution and help to protect their customers.”
IXCloud integrates with Microsoft Teams’ API to provide full functionality, recording video, audio and screensharing for both incoming and outgoing calls, peer-to-peer and mobile client calls, as well as conferences. Data can be stored in a selection of Azure data centers around the world to suit any regional considerations, and it is provided complete with GDPR, MiFID II, and HIPAA compliance measures, built-in recording notifications, and 256-Bit AES encryption.
