Pure IP, a leading provider in voice communications, is proud to have been selected as a finalist for two categories, Best Multinational Solution and Best Innovation, in the 2020 Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association (ITSPA) awards.

“Our association with ITSPA and the valuable work they do in the industry goes back many years and we’re delighted to be considered for two of their prestigious awards,” noted Gary Forrest, CEO at Pure IP, “Everyone at Pure IP is dedicated to producing innovative voice solutions with real-world benefits and providing our customers with an unmatched service, no matter where they are in the world, so it is wonderful to receive this recognition of our efforts.”

The Best Multinational Solution Award recognizes service providers who have created the most successful, fully-featured corporate voice solutions available internationally. Entrants must be able to provide their multinational customers with full PSTN replacement services, including nationally formatted numbers, while maintaining full compliance with international and local regulations. As a service provider with a singular focus on voice communications, Pure IP have invested significant time and resources in order to establish relationships with carriers and countries around the world, and offers our customers number coverage in over 90 countries and full PSTN replacement services in an unparalleled 38 countries.

The Best Innovation Award recognizes those companies in the telecommunications sector who have produced forward-thinking, user-friendly services and products that will have a positive impact on the VoIP (Voice over IP) industry. In this category, Pure IP submitted our new Call Protect solution, which provides organizations with a framework for managing do-not-call lists that businesses can host in their own environments to ensure the security and accuracy of their data. The solution performs an instant check of the company’s do-not-call databases and automatically alerts their operatives if the number is protected before the call is initiated. As the solution replaces the reliance on call agents to perform these look-ups manually, it benefits organizations by minimizing human error, helping to ensure regulatory compliance, and improving productivity.

In addition to being shortlisted for awards in these two categories, Pure IP is also proud to sponsor the Best Software Award.

Pure IP looks forward to attending the 12th Annual ITSPA Awards Ceremony, and congratulates all fellow finalists.
