In this category, Pure IP submitted our new Call Protect solution, which provides organizations with a framework for managing do-not-call lists that businesses can host in their own environments to ensure the security and accuracy of their data. The solution performs an instant check of the company’s do-not-call databases and automatically alerts their operatives if the number is protected before the call is initiated. As the solution replaces the reliance on call agents to perform these look-ups manually, it benefits organizations by minimizing human error, helping to ensure regulatory compliance, and improving productivity.
