What does the 2015 SIP Survey mean for Enterprise Communications?
In January of 2016, the SIP School released the results of a survey they carried out of the SIP industry in 2015, seeking user’s feedback on their experience with the technology, how it has benefitted their business and what SIP providers could do to improve their service. The results revealed that customers' attitudes and experiences can change as quickly as the technology.
The survey highlighted a number of areas that present challenges in any service industry as well as the broader trends across the SIP industry and in particular the areas where direct comparisons can be drawn against our own customer data here at Pure IP.
