As a company that has over a decade of experience under its belt, we’ve been around the block enough times to know what makes the difference to our customers and employees. When we started out in 2004 we did so with the goal of capitalising on the opportunity to provide enterprise telephony as an application over IP networks.
Now though, this is no longer our sole focus – now we’re focused on our providing our customers with a standard of service that cannot be surpassed; and providing our employees with the a working environment that nurtures and encourages them develop their personal and professional lives. Not just to grow and develop their careers but also to play a part in growing and developing Pure IP as we strive to put our employees at the heart of what we do.
The past five years has seen this philosophy bear fruit with year on year growth and further expansion as we internationalise our business – establishing operations in Singapore, Sydney, San Francisco and Auckland. During 2014 we re-located our London office to a larger, central London location as well as doubling the size of the Auckland and San Francisco offices this was in addition to opening a new point of presence in Santa Clara, California and Singapore. .
Our mission still remains to leverage the growth of private IP networks, so that businesses can migrate their solutions to the latest technologies, such as Microsoft Lync, but as we increase our presence and service offering across the globe, we are unique in our space in offering true ‘follow-the-sun’ support to our 304+ customers in 14 countries… and counting.
This couldn’t be achieved without the support of talented, ambitious technicians that are part of a business that has a proven history of sustainable growth.
