Global PSTN Calling for Office 365
Pure IP have developed a new way to connect SIP trunks to Skype for Business Online and Teams, allowing you to continue to experience the HD-quality voice service from Pure IP, while achieving the benefits of Office 365 integration.
Cloud Connector Edition (CCE) enables Skype for Business online customers to utilise their own provider or preferred vendor for telecoms services. The Pure IP solution facilitates users being hosted in Skype for Business online while connecting to Pure IP for Global PSTN / SIP connectivity.
In this blog we will cover the solution we are offering, the pricing, the coverage and what is needed on your side.
Pure IP have launched a hosting service for CCE which is installed, managed and maintained in our core global data centres. The service requires no capital investment and is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
Benefits of the Pure IP hosted solution include:
- No on-site equipment – fully hosted in our own data centre
- Fully managed deployment and technical integration
- Directly connected onto the Pure IP core voice infrastructure
- Integrated into existing 24/7 support network
- Redundancy options available
- Tailored solutions
Pure IP has launched a WebRTC service offering to expand the communication technologies to global customers. SIP Trunking and WebRTC are complementary technologies, and when they are combined, they can offer new opportunities in managing Company Communication.
WebRTC enables real-time communication over peer-to-peer connections. It essentially turns any browser into a phone by utilising the inbuilt real-time protocols without the complexity of installing add-ons or having to use a 3rd party voice application. Pure IP believe it will offer our customers the ability to provide another secure and robust method for communication.
Pure IP is offering the WebRTC solution as a complementary product to our global SIP trunking service so it can provide our users with more communication options. The key differentiator to the Pure IP WebRTC service is that we will manage the WebRTC session and deliver the call to the customer's environment as a standard SIP call. This innovative approach requires the minimum amount of changes on the customer’s side and with little effort, provides a new secure communication channel.
Pure IP is delighted to announce that we have successfully built a Point of Presence in Hong Kong as of July 2017. By establishing our eleventh point of presence, we extended our global services and ability to connect our customers to their customers in Asia.
Why we extended our service and support to our customers in Asia?
We decided to build our P.O.P in Hong Kong because we understand the importance of extending the reach of our growing customer’s demand for local services in the Asia market while expanding our global footprint at the same time.
The new point of presence in Hong Kong not only strengthens our commitment to the Asia Market but also localizes the services for a growing number of customers who require our SIP Service to be closer to them.
The G Cloud 9 Supplier List has been revealed and Pure IP are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a place.
Pure IP have been providing services to the UK Public Sector since 2004. The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services. Amongst other developments such as the ability to extend contracts with far greater ease, the latest iteration of G Cloud means that it will be far simpler for Public Sector organisations to access relevant service providers. G cloud now employs carefully crafted filtering, consequently enabling users to choose a supplier who fits the specific needs of their business.
